No refund will be given in the event of:

• self-cancellation after you have started your course.
• Any sickness or holidays taken when the College is officially open.
• your being refused re-entry if you leave the UK during the course without a covering letter from Southampton Language College.
• a refusal by the British Authorities to give you a visa extension because you have not attended a minimum of 80% of the course for which you have been enrolled.
• your being asked to leave the country by the British Authorities.
• your being asked to leave the College because of gross misconduct (i.e. abusive behaviour) on your part.
